Which Is Better?

Recommended Posts

Hi All

For me although I would like to see a crash I am busy making enough extra cash through business ideas so that it does not matter either way.

****** it did'nt add my poll dohhh

Ok I was asking if you think it's better to wait and hope for a crash to make homes affordable for you or to use the time now to learn how to make enough money so it does not matter?

Many will be doing both, a lot of people are on fixed incomes however....

Undoubtedly better to utilise time to make money - there is plenty of the stuff out there, people just need the dedication and hard work to take a larger share of it. People don't even need to increase their income dramatically - just a small amount (1k a month) would allow them to spend and extra 150k is on a property. All of a sudden prices don't seem that out of reach!
