Sub Prime Lender Blanks Ftbs With Very Light Adverse Credit History

This is big news for me, but also it's the first evidence I can find of any lender going on record stating that the shutters are being pulled down on anything but near perfect lending. I expect one or two of the 'Ocean Finances' of this world to simply go very soon but this is a bit of a surprise, although to be fair DB are not that aggressive and relative newcomers (under that brand). <_<
