Recommended Posts

Hi,I am looking 2 rent in Brighton/Hove from September-2 beds, willing 2 spend up to £950.Whats the rental market like down there? The EAs have been telling me tht the market for 2 beds is 'red hot'(yawn).Am I being realistic wth the price?I am looking somewhere close to the seafront, preferably not in a towerblock/council estate

£950 will get you something decent not far from the sea. Market is hot around september with studnet intake howerv it does slow down in the winter months.

Thanks for the response.Abt the impact of students,is it not limited to thrashy 3+bedroom properties? One EA was telling me tht there has been a substantial jump in rents for 2 bed prop in recent months due to the influx of the professional crowd. Is there any truth in this?
