Bear Turned Into A Massive 80ft Bear

Recommended Posts

I'm calling it - "CRASH"!!

If you're new here - be aware of the estate agent troll trick of saying:

"I'm a bear turned bull"

Cobblers!

It's designed to muddy the waters and confuse you.

Credit is drying up.

It's crash time.

I think you're right. We are clearly entering the end game and it's laughable to see posters who claimed to have been bears now announcing they have turned bull.

Stupid little estate agent t ossers.

Totally. With a join date of a month or two ago, "I'm a bear turned bull" sounds like unverifiable bullocks.

I think you are right. Trading conditions in the "real" economy are pretty tough at the moment.

I hear the grinding noise of nails on glass.

There's only so many figures that can be fiddled and hidden. When Joe Public will realise that he can't buy no more booze/tat/useless crap on credit, it's game over.

It feels like i have been following a map and to a place called crash, i have now arrived at crash, but theres nothing here, no crash, no nothing, then you start to wonder if you took the right route, have i gone the wrong way?

Suddenly from stage left, enters a man in a bear costume with 'The End is Nigh' on his sandwich boards.

"Poisons bubbling in the mud, I tell ye!"

The audience laugh.

Somewhere in a field, a herd is being incinerated, and a man wades past his recently purchased house to get clean drinking water.......

On a lighter note - I agree, the housing market is ******ed. This is a good thing, expensive shelter costs cause hardship.

This is an understandable reponse when you have been waiting for something – when a train arrives late and you get on it you think 'yipee, at last!' but when it fails to leave within a couple of minutes you get more frustrated and agitated than ever as you know it should be moving off but it just isn't!

I have noticed an increased number of posters on this site feeling that same emotion of late – unfortunately anyone who thinks they can buy a realisticaly priced house in the next four years are kidding themselves. It was never going to happen overnight and that also applies to marking the start of a downturn.

Most bear people on this site are massively left-brain/ righ-brain. They know instinctively it (HPC) is coming/ has arrived, and need logical data and affirmation that it has too.........

Problem has been an unprecedented in history disinformation campaign via the media and VIs.......it has delayed peception but not reality......but that is now fading at the seams....... :P

Stupid little estate agent tossers.

:lol::lol:

I went into local EA Yesterday just outside of Brighton.

It was dead - but then the sun was shining.

I was in there to find out about a place offered to let, just enquiring like, after seeing something online.

Typical EA (the only one in the office) said "I only deal with sales. Rent it's just wasted money" - Don't get me started methinks.

I listened to the same old lines - "I've just taken out an interest only mortgage, prices only go up....blah,blah, yawn..."

Same old, same old.

I came away, glad that I'm not strapped with an enormous mortgage just now.

Oh...my point...I hope they learn in the end.!!

Depends what you mean by realistically priced. If you mean 90% off then yeah, that's pushing it. I'll be happy with the 40% that's coming like...

...A STEAM TRAIN FROM THE LAND OF CRASH!!

I quote from the article:

The UK probably will not succumb to exactly the same malady. While sub-prime mortgages are a new and popular phenomenon in both countries, it was in the US that they really took off, amounting to a fifth of all new home loans last year. In the UK, by contrast, they comprise possibly 5% of all entire property borrowing

...the problem is the term sub prime does not mean the same in both countries...where does our self cert fit in and the equivalent of the US Alt A......all the UK big boy lenders in recent years have been throwing UK sub prime into the market to compete with the specialists....to gain market share but they had already been pushing IO and Self Certs.....this is not the time for complacency in a market turmoil where all the tricks of the trade will be pulled over the forthcoming months to try an persuade investors...we're OK.....it's is now up to the auditors to do there jobs....we are watching....:ph34r::ph34r:

Don't forget that they've invariably "lurked for ages before signing up".

Yeah, right. <_<
