Though quite ironically the bulls were saying when the FT Myers video came out, no we won't see that in the UK but a couple of months later we see it in the commuter belt of London in Cochester, as stated earlier I only saw drops on par with this 3 or 4 years into the last crash. It just summs up how over inflated prices are al over the country and whats happens when buyers stop coming. One minute you have 20-30 people fighting over this property in one day then lucky to get 2 passerbys in 6 months. Happy Days Are Here Again

Is it only me that's noticing a recent increase in the number of "bull" type comments from very new members with very few posts under their belt? Have the EA's finally thought of something for their idle sales people to do during the day?

Possibly some developers who having watched a few TV programs and believe "You Can Get Rich Quick", these as we know can " You Can Get Poor Quickly" as well. Gone are the days when people will pay a premium for a dump by a pub, railway, on a floodplain. You are stuck with it for a minimum of 10-15 years unless you reduce the price significantly.

Also may be some flippers who have seen their new build prices drop by 50%.
