House Price Falls In Most Boroughs

Recommended Posts

Looks as though more and more areas in the country are tanking. I see the usual comments saying its only in the dodgy areas that prices are falling. Funny enough the so called dodgy areas went up and followed the boom. When there is a crash no areas are immune. In 1988 if you lived in London you thought the boom was going to go on forever, nothing would stop it, city bonuses, jobs, immigration. Everywhere in London got hit hard, yes dodgy areas get hit the worst as do places by railway tracks, flood plains next to pubs when the desperation to buy stops.
