Whether or not they do, or are bailed out at the last moment is immaterial, at some point soon an over leveraged big player will go under, the media will quote 'glut of two bed exec flats' and new build will be the new pets.com for investors/mugs. Went from Hants to Eastbourne this morning: Stopped off in Midhurst, Pulborough and Eastbourne itself: EA's DEAD. 3 alone on main road in Pulborough - small place, few shops(!) - DEAD. Staff sitting at their desks looking really GLUM, FORLORN, .......worried. Same all the way through - loads and loads of EA's all over the place - all DEAD......
