Government Probes Rise Of ‘buy-to-leave’ Landlords

According to the Property finder website, some 420,000 homes stand empty in a state of disrepair.

- these figures doesn't even include all those empty flats BTLs have speculated on.

Yet the government still spout the mantra: "the current shortage of housing is directly responsible for house prices tripling over the last 10 years!"

...holiday homes only used for a few weeks of the year should be included.......

I hear the sound of politicians awaking from their 10 year slumber during which they allowed the UK ponzi/housing scam to let rip . Panic! Might have something to with an election looming.
