Sell To Rent Back Firms

Recommended Posts

Ive a friend who is really concerned about her employment(very finely balanced at mo)

As would be expected she is worried at losing her house if this plays out......she quite a new owner about a year.......property is worth about 140k with just 25k of equity in it.

She has been informed by another friend that there are companies out there that buy at slightly less than market value.....and could rent back to her at reduced current rental rate....

She knows i read this site and has asked if i would ask if anyone had more of an insight than i do which is naff all.....although i would imagine she would at least lose her equity on sale.

Does anyone know of anybody being in this position. thanx

They help themselves very nicely indeed...

You'd be far better selling through an agent as normal while letting your bank know what you are doing if you are having payment difficulties.
