Spain: Prices Down In 2nd Quarter 2007

According to a report from idealista.com (one of the biggest real state websites in Spain), the trend is changed: from up to down.

Spanish prices April to June 2007

resale housing price fell 1.3% in Barcelona city, with price falls in 15 of the 21 municipalities analyzed.

it rose just 0.1% in Madrid city, but fell in 19 of the 32 municipalities analyzed.

I presume all these prices don´t include ´Black Money´?

I thought all of the 'BM' will be used by now - due to the change in the tax laws

With regard to prices dropping, it will be interesting to see if the price of delapidated farmhouse / casittas etc, also declines.

Given the penchant for Spainards to love buying new, I don't think the price of agri. land etc will be so hit

but then i have a vested interest here! see below:
