Everything's Fine - The Ea Told Us

Recommended Posts

Saw this on a blog today - I'd rather not give out the blog address but if you're utterly, totally desperate, PM me.

" We made an offer on the nice house and it was accepted. But.

We have to sell our house - it went up for sale at the weekend and despite estate agents assuring us that it will "fly", we have had no viewings yet. The nice house owners have given us a couple of weeks to see what interest we get. So, no pressure at ALL. *stomach churns a bit* I am very keen to get the nice house and have a sinking feeling that we might take longer than we thought to sell - there are now 5 for sale on our street. "

5 for sale on her street and no viewings and there are no alarm bells ringing? Don't these people read the Daily Mail anymore?

In my experience EA advise (correctly) that you dont accept an offer from someone in no position to take it through to completion. Are EA just getting desperate or have you been poorly advised?
