Wow, I have actually shat in that toilet. :P It was notable for the extravagant amount of disinfectant they used - you could smell it from about half a mile down the road.

I don't know what Fife Council expect people to do when they're caught short now; as far as I know, this was the only public toilet in the town centre. Perhaps St Andrews residents are too posh to p*ss.

They replaced them with toilets in the new bus station.

If it makes anyone feel better, I can't see the buyers making back the cost of buying the toilets, let alone the cost of buying & converting to a flat.

It was described by the sellers as being in need of extensive renovation.

Lucky they pointed that out, I'd have expected to move right in.
