Newish Build Flat In Chesterfield

Recommended Posts

I saw this on Propertysnake and noticed that it's a flat that's only a few months old and it's been reduced twice in the last few months. Also all the furniture will be included in the sale and the furniture is less than 6 months old....It makes me think that it's a BTL that's not worked out for whoever is trying to sell it....I just wish I knew how much it sold for?

http://www.propertysnake.co.uk/site/detail/1554963

Also the 'VENDOR TO PAY 12 MONTHS SERVICE CHARGE AND GROUND RENT FEES'....Is someone desperate to sell the flat before interest rates go up even more?

In such a beautiful development too, right next to a mahooosive roundabout, and on a very busy road.

Me n our lass refer to it as "the chessy prison complex"

I've driven passed it loads of times and never thought of it as a prison complex but the next time I go past I might see it in a different light!

I'm just amazed at how many 'For Sale' and 'To Let' signs are all around the luxury appartments prison flats considering that they've not finished building in the area. I wonder if it's the fact that it overlooks a car dealer and just down the road from Mcd's?
