What's Wrong With This Picture?

Recommended Posts

oh god you've just reminded me, driving back to my home town the other day. Saw a SOLE IN 1 HOUR! sticker across an estate agent advert.

What an hourly rate that agents on!

10 points Jason, (it was kinda obvious though!)

if they keep the board up long enough someone might make an offer....any bulls here fancy it ??

Not to me. I thought the mistake was that someone was actually contemplating selling 11 properties - why would anyone want to do that North Yorkshire is one of the hottest property markets on the planet. I know someone who sold a house there ten years ago and was only telling me yesterday how she thinks about it to this day and what a fool she was.

The mistake is to sell - property prices only ever go up if you are in for the long term.

EDIT: By holding on an extra month until 17 June the seller will have made an extra £500k easily.

Looked at the Verity Frearson site to see if there was anything there but nothing - can't quite see the other firms name and having googled the bit I can see and the (partial) telephone number don't get any matches - any idea who the other agent is?
