bearbullfence
Gosh, somebody change the record please! Mmmmm. I could just scoop up that delicious irony and eat it with a spoon. Am I the only one finding a bear on a property crash website that has been predicting a property crash in the next quarter for the last 5 years telling me to change the record only slightly ironic? Well, if I personally had been predicting a property crash in the next quarter for five years, then yes that would be ironic. But I haven't Just because I wear a badge saying "bear" doesn't mean I subscribe to the straw-man extremist viewpoint you've been so eloquently arguing against. apom
Can you please phone the land registry and ask them to stop recording details of people that buy homes in the UK? Its this stuff that gets in the way of the prophesies. I know.. neat little things like executive flats sold back in 04 of £250,000 ish.. Now changing hands for £160,000 Wish they would stop recording that… Also, new builds.. What do we know about those 1: They have to be sold. Can’t be put on the market and not sell. 2: They can be compared like for like exactly as the phases of the developments proceed. 3: They are dropping in value. Of course the mix adjusted seasonal changing figures do show a rise You do realise that a Bull has no argument for a market beyond that money can be made by buying at the right time and selling at the right time. The bull arguments that you use are those used by bulls to sell to you. All markets throughout time have been cyclical. All markets have bears and bulls. Those holding when the markets turn are the greatest fools.
