Pouting dimwit property expert Alison Cork blows the whistle on the next crash.

The Orange webportal is home to the the most skin-crawlingly dumbed down sh*te this side of Metro/Today etc Their usual fodder is Charlotte Church's boyfriend's been sick over her at nightclub etc etc

This is a classic example of the drip drip drip of bearish sentiment into moronland.

When the chatter in the peanut gallery includes "remember that newspapers only survive if they have advertisers, and property-related advertisers would not be especially happy ", "that's all it takes: just a tiny bit of movement, and you have a 5-10% price differential staring you in the face" and "(interest rate rises) will bring back some sanity to the market place – and if 6% is the bucket of cold water we all need, then so be it." you know that something interesting is happening...
