Shock fall in house prices

THE upward trend in house prices in Newham came to a halt - but neighbouring Tower Hamlets saw the biggest rise in London.
In the month to April, the average house price in Newham fell by 0.7 per cent to £259,267.

Its a start at least. London will turn as soon as a bear market in stocks begins. 1987 ushered in GC1 and a similar bear market will usher in GC2 to London and the SE.
