House Prices"must Fall To Become Affordable Again"

if people like myself (first time buyer) cant buy a house then why aint nothink gettin done about it, its been going on for so many years the crash will come soon!!

people should show there respect to people who are FTB'S who work hard in this country b4 you start being big headed cause theres alot of people on he already on the "property ladder" who just dont care about us first time buyers at all

we will get the last laugh, just you wait!! :)

He expects a rapid fall in the number of new houses being built. "We are predicting 75,000 completions this year, down from 90,000 last year, and falling to 65,000 next year and 55,000 in 2009. That is still a large number and would be enough to meet demand."

That's quite amazing, the UK manages to built only ~160k homes and our population is 10 times that of Ireland.
