Alternative Statistics 2006 V 2004

I have just had an interesting idea. People are split on this forum between those that say house prices are still rising and those that say that house prices peaked in 2004 and are now in decline

Please post here your findings of properties that changed hands in 2004 and which sold again in 2006 along with their respective prices and see if we can prove (albeit anecdotally) what is really happening to house prices
