Interest rates rise = House price fall. Interest rates fall = Collapsing pound, higher inflation, future increase rate increases = House price fall. Any negative world event = House prices fall. Any positive world event = Lets find a negative one which overshadows it. Lets find any country with house price falls and say Britain will mirror it sometime.
