It just won't happen as it's different this time.

Interest rates would have to go up really high, to about 13%.

You're all priced out, accept it and buy a small place, that's what we did when we were young.

Man uses big faced child as satellite dish

Bearded Cleric in Oily Chin Insertion

On a scale from 'Mild Miff' to 'Mad as a Lorry', where would you be..?

"I'm so sorry" yells exploding cleaner

..a quick glance at the Currency Cat... in four months the pound leg is effectively amputated, leading to a rogue leg with no hip constituency at all. Overall then for tomorrow's markets, good evening. Slightly fractuous in the nines and sevens.

oops, wrong forum. :)

7. The crash has already unfolded. You just can't see it yet.

House prices rise = Higher interest rates because BOE are now targetting House Prices

House prices fall = Higher interest rates because of inflation.

Interest rates rise = House price fall.

Interest rates fall = Collapsing pound, higher inflation, future increase rate increases = House price fall.

Any negative world event = House prices fall.

Any positive world event = Lets find a negative one which overshadows it.

Lets find any country with house price falls and say Britain will mirror it sometime.
