Advice Please

Recommended Posts

Please can someone give me advice on this one.

I need a business credit card for ltd company. The mastercard that comes with my business bank acount acts as a credit card, except that the balance is cleared automatically at the end of the month, as I think is the case with most of the main banks. I think that this is not very good if there is any fraud because I will be chasing the bank for money back, rather than simply withholding payment.

Can anyone advise on independant business credit cards?

MBNA do a credit card in the name of your ltd co

However you will very likely have to sign a personal guarantee that you will be personally liable for any debts your company cannot pay. You can pay the card with Direct Debit but of course you can cancel this if for some reason you wanted to withhold payment.
