Gulp, I Am Genuinely Suprised

Recommended Posts

I think you may have posted the wrong link. Since when did SoT have views of the Thames?

Since when did Stoke on Trent have views of anything otherthan derilict pottery factories?

I do not know where you are going with this because it is still possible to buy a 2 bed house in any of the major towns which make up Stoke on Trent for less than 75K which I think is more than affordable.

I remember in 2000 looking in an estate agent's window in Stoke once. There was a house there for £5000 and others for about 15k.

I remember thinking "They're that cheap for a reason" and walked away.

I bet you regret that now.

I know I was tired last night but not that tired. When I did the SoT search yesterday, the flats came up but were clearly put under the wrong region. About 5 similar flats were listed. Just done the same search, no longer there. So my initial assessment was spot on. Nearly 1 mil for a flat in SoT was unbelievable.
