A study published by Barclays Bank suggest that as the housing market springs back, so has the number of businesses starting up in the sector.

The bank's start-up statistics for the first quarter of 2006 show that property services was the strongest sector with an increase of 43% in the number of new businesses compared for the same period last year

The Miracle Economy IS housing. If HPI goes the economy goes with it. I believe 70% of our spending is housing related. The US is 32% and more likely to weather the bust than we are. It will be very painful here, very painful indeed and the Great Crash will seem like a Teddy Bear's picnic compared with Great Crash 2 on the way.

This is what I find so disgutsting. The BBC doing this stuff means that this Real Estate Racket is government sponsored.

We are paying for our own brainwashing.
