Sydney

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I have been reading quite negative articles surrounding the prospects of the market in Sydney given the recent interest rate rise with more rises expected over the coming months. When do you feel a good entry point will be reached? 2008 perhaps? There are a lot of new builds currently being marketed for Sydney, surely the developers will be forced to cut the prices soon to shift the stock.

Many thanks in advance for your comments

All the best!

I believe prices are rising again in Sydney.

Press report this week has all cities on the rise.
