Mortgage Rates To Start Rising Next Week?

Speaking with a financial advisor, he says borring rates haven't rised yet though nationwide are raising form next tuesday, anybody know about savings rates?

If I were a banker I would take the following action.

Hike interest rates to 20%, take the lovely bounty of early redemption fees, wave goodbye to the customer base, hand all the cash back to shareholders and shut up shop.

Wait for two decades (when depression has finished) then start over again.
