Cpi List

Recommended Posts

I understand the figures are out tomorrow for July. Has anyone got the list of goods and services held within the shopping basket?

And what has been taken out / added over the past few years

And what has been taken out / added over the past few years

Taken out:

petrol

gas

Food

Council tax

beer

cigarettes

houses

Added:

LCD tv's

computer

IPODs

DVD players

Stereos

iam guessing here but basically i think all the stuff that has increased in value has been removed, and replaced with the cheap electronic crap that we only buy once every few years in an attempt to hide the real inflation figures
