Its a new one, was browsing the new properties in worcester and saw this arty picture. The paint strokes are covering up the fact this is a terrace house on at £179,950, when the average selling price of a terrace in worcester is £138k!?!?!?!

Is that legal? someones applied the oil paint filter in Photoshop and cloned the driveway for some reason, shockingly blatant image manipulation. :lol:

With respect I believe you have made a mistake, the agents details state it is a semi detached property (end of terrace) and the agent confirmed this point on the phone.

Lol! I spent my early days as a graphic designer polishing up crappy scans of machinery from trade magazines, I think I was able to do a better job than that on my first day!

What were they trying to hide on that driveway I wonder...

No, you have made a mistake,

end of terrace != semi-detatched.

Never was, never will be.

That and the 'touched up' photo warrants a visit from Trading Standards methinks.

The estate agents details probably read:

"Potential purchasers should take professional advice before proceeding and statements in these particulars should not be relied upon. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only. You are buying a garage actually. Please see our mortgage broker who will put you in touch with Brian Sewell for an independent critique of our artwork (Commission 20%)"
