Firstrung, First Time Buyers, The Week In Focus 31/07/06 - 06/08/06

That was one hell of a week. :)

I don't think my poor old ticker can take such excitement.

I don't think my 40 yr old body can take wake-boarding anymore, been to Anglesey for the weekend and I'm battered but strangely elated :)

What a week for news though eh?! Will it represent a tipping point of sorts? Most staggering issue for me was the bombardment of "it's bad news for FTBs this rate rise" articles and press releases..strange one that <_<

Been hanging around this site since before Xmas last. For a while it was really fun and exciting, but there were some awfully dull periods during the spring and early summer.

I really liked the 1.2% fall in HPI in June. That was cool.

But this last week I've been glued to this site.

Gotta get a life!
