From Bought To Thrifty In A Quarter Of A Percent

Recommended Posts

It occured to me that arguments are often won on rhetoric with little regard for logic. "Rent is dead money" and the like have become the mantra of those who bought recently, irrespective of whether it still applies. To that end I came up with:

"From bought to thrifty in a quarter of a percent"

... a phrase you might care to crack at work when some over-extended OO regales you with tales of their MPC inspired spending restraint, following years of insoucinat profligacy.

Anyone else care to dream up similar terms? If you need inspiration try AwaitingFairPrices's thread
