Bnabury Seems Slow

Been looking around Banbury as it's teh closest place to Oxford that I might be able to afford, viewed 3 properties same story from 3 different agenst "been on the market a fe wmonths" but only "a few weeks at this new reduced price" One 4 bed had been reduced from 225k to 199k.

You could try Aylesbury but most of the same properties have been on the websites for a while as Aylesbury has a lot of new build going on especially in and around the town
