I think the HIPs idea is a good one as long as the seller does not have to find a lot of extra moiney up front to pay for it.

I also think that HIPs are a good idea. Anything that will get rid of some of the uncertainty in the housebuying system would be a good idea. The negative comments in the press are all aimed at getting rid of Prescot

C'mon two people wilth similar type estate agent employee names. Its more property ramping on these company blogs arrrggg almost as vomit inducing as estateagencynews.co.uk
