Says he has a new property, its going on the market at 189k. Seems very pricey for the area...


There houses were selling for 40k in 2001! its a meteroric rise there is no way anything on the street is worth anywhere near that much. Im seeing a dual market, the cheap stuff is still rising, FTBers are being sucked in but the expensive stuff just out of reach of most FTbers is falling..
