Where To Find Local Yoy / Mom % Price Change Figures?

Recommended Posts

Hi all

Looks like landlords haven't done their homework (bought 2nd house, re-mortgaged the house we are renting and the sums don't add up) and are now rather desperate to sell. Cannot afford a single void month apparently so they turned to us. We would be happy to buy but not at their asking price.

Neighbour in similar house bought in late 2003 and I would like to find out what prices have done since then. Many thanks for all advice in advance!
