Alliance And Leicester Move To Hike I R On Savings

Recommended Posts

Rate increase for Euro savers

Alliance and Leicester International Limited (ALIL), the offshore savings bank, has increased the interest rate paid on its Euro Savings account with immediate effect.
Customers with Euro Savings accounts will see the rise to a market leading 2.90 per cent, in an increase of 0.25 per cent.

This seems to have all started back on 20th March when Japan began to remove liquidity from the banking system. Now that they have officially hiked the momentum for higher IR should gather pace.
