Charles_Darke Report post Posted July 16, 2006 You rent a flat on an AST. The first 2 months has no lighting in the kitchen or bathroom due to flooding from the above flat. Electrics are then fixed, but flood stains on walls ceilings remain. Then heating breaks and you have no heating for 3 months during the winter. Heating is fixed in time for the summer. The flat above floods again, killing the electrics in the bathroom and leaving a constant dripping in the kitchen which means you need to keep buckets in there.
