Fantastic Value

Recommended Posts

Its because of the oversize main bedroom:

Bedroom One 2.97m(9'9)x2.62m(8'7)

Velux window. Double radiator. TV socket. Latched door.

The Velux window does let light in through the ceiling so there is a sort-of window and a nice view of the sky. The price probably reflects the uniqueness of the opportunity to get on the ladder while the market remains bouyant with healthy employment growth and growing confidence underpinning price increase as the late summer buying season approaches.
