Not Just Alcester - Kenilworth Too

House I was looking at last year just outside Kenilworth has been reduced from £950,000 to £799,950.

Have to admit the original price did look a tad optimistic.

Nevertheless top end of the market in Warwickshire seems to be radically different to last year. Many more houses on the market - very few reductions yet though. Autumn / Winter will be the crucial time for those who put house on the market this year and have failed to sell.
