Bingley – Prices Dropping Like Flies!

Recommended Posts

Properties for sale everywhere around Bingley have had approximately 10% slashed from the asking prices over the last few days. If it were one or two I'd take it with a pinch of salt, but there's loads!

Lou G

Within 500 yds of The Odeon Cinema in Harrogate two four bedroomed £400k houses, which had sold signs appear in March, have lost their sold signs - and been reduced a little.

They join four slightly less expensive similar houses, within the same locality, still for sale since the spring.

Incidentally the 11 x two bedroom flats, all let on shorthold tenancies, advertised last year at this time re-appeared for sale again this week in the local paper - again within the same locality.

JFYI
