How Developers Establish Art High Prices

Recommended Posts

A developer can sell a properyt to a subsidiary company and there would be no SDLT (stamp duty land Tax) (inter group transfer) yet at the Land Registry the sale price will come up and be picked up in various surveys and of course by valuers acting for genuine purchasers. The developer can then boast of the high prices and of the quick sales achived making artifical discounts look attractive..
