Select "% Growth in value" from the "Map Type" dropdown.

I appreciate that this is slightly lagging, but it nicely shows the price movements over the last year.

Sadly at this point I feel the need to burst your bubble, and point out that light blue includes price rises from 10 to 15%...

Still, it's a neat site, worth bookmarking.
