Property Fraudster Sentence Slashed

A mortgage fraudster will this week be jetting off to Spain £900,000 richer after judges slashed his sentence at London's Appeal Court. David Dale, aged 49, of Beverly Gardens, Dyffryn, Neath, was jailed for two years and ordered to pay a £4.2 million confiscation order at Swansea Crown Court in September last year after he admitted 29 counts of furnishing false information to lending institutions.
