Seems cheap, compared to surrounding areas that have recently shot up (gorton, longsight, droyslden) But these were all boarded up as recently as 3 yrs ago- Have 2 viewings on Saturday- would you risk it ?

No

I grew up in Openshaw - close by and commute down Ashton Old Road every day (Saddleworth to Trafford Park). Those new developments around the City stadium will be rich pickings for the low lifes that live around there - remember where they lived before - Fort Beswick!
