There Seems To Be A Lot Of Money On Hpc.com

Recommended Posts

It seems to me that a lot of people on HPC have stashed cash, am I right? We all want somewhere to stick it to make us money until a time when we can buy our own homes at reasonable prices. Well can't we all stick our cash together to make one massive sum of cash, and then use that to make us all even more money? just think if we could raise a couple of million between us, we could buy some central london properties and rent them out, making ourselfs better interest then the banks could shake a rubbish interest stick at!

so I propose you all send me your money, and I'll invest it. give me a year an we'll all be rich, well I will anyway :D

but seriously can't we?

You must be nuts. Bank interest will pay more than rent and without the risk of capital losses. You're just having fun though right?

Guest Alright Jack

i have offers from people asking me to invest money all the time.

i refuse them, because:

+ you need to be set up under the proper legal framework to manage money for others,

+ if you manage money for others, they will not learn anything

+ by discussing my investment ideas with others, and listening to the ideas of others, i can become a better investor

+ i feel worse if i lose money i am advising, than if i lose my own money. i do not want the extra stress

I get loads of offers for sex.

I don't refuse though because I'm very public spirited in that way.
