Leeds offer for credit impaired

Leeds Building Society has launched a credit impaired mortgage facility for shared ownership customers. The new product allows clients to borrow 100% of their share of the property and there is no higher lending charge.
The Society will consider a wide range of circumstances, including: County Court Judgements (CCJs) - maximum of £3,000 and none in last 6 months, mortgage or rent arrears, maximum of 2 missed payments in last 12 months and defaults.
Serious offenders such as bank robbers, counterfeiters and others who have served 10 years or more in prison for financial crimes may be required to pay slightly higher rates. However, no restrictions will apply to unrelated crimes such as murder, GBH, rape or non-monetary burglary
.

Credit impaired? :lol::lol::lol:

Italics mine but you never know, if they take people who can't pay their bills why not a few villains that always pay them albeit with someone's elses money!

100% for people who can't handle money? :lol::lol::lol:

Where have all the creditworthy borrowers gone? They are smart enough to wait until the HPC.
