She has been told to sell a BTL :lol:

But that costs money to sell - and i bet it costs money to buy too...not very clevel leveraging!!

She says that 6 months out in the IT business means you have no skills :o What does she do then??

Which is why you should never get heavily into debt. I can understand people having some debt, but i have no sympathy for people who constantly increase their debts because it is mostly down to greed.
