Property Price Predictor!

See into the crystal ball...

Bullish VI predictions, yet still shows a downward trend in many regions in the short term...average prediction over 5yrs seems to be 5-6%....not much of a yield for all you aspirant BTLers.

Had a go at my area & it basically predicts flatlining for the next 5 years with an initial drop, about what I expect, I did have a go on this about a year ago & it gave very different values, so I have to say a good tool IMO, seems to be moving with the times.

Thanks for the link.

"Based upon a current valuation of £500,000

your home could be worth £507,315 by the end of 2009"

...with a dip in the middle to £480,000.

So they take currently falling prices, and predict a turnaround to gently rising, leaving you up overall over 3 years.
