Housing market rate rise concern

Prices up 0.6pc in Yorkshire this year

BY NIGEL SCOTT BUSINESS EDITOR

And home owners and potential buyers have been warned that the housing market faces a potentially rocky second half of the year – with a rise in interest rates looming.
