David Smith Lays Into Housepricecrash.co.uk

Recommended Posts

Hello everybody, David has been laying into us all.

Quote:

While I'm on, I was wasting time browsing on the ridiculous housepricecrash website (sad individuals very welcome).

Perhaps I'm being unfair. Housepricecrash keeps people happy (or miserable), like sites about UFOs and trainspotting.

:o

Are we going to take this lying down? Noooooooooooo!!

Come and join the scrap over at David Smith's www.economicsuk.com/discussion website. Post on the housing market bears are in retreat topic...

Make your voices heard my friends.

But he is right :)

We are a bunch of sad prudent individuals and this site gives us some justification for this view.

Most people dont treat houses like an investment and just go out and buy one.

I don't treat a house as an investment but that doesn't mean I'm stupid enough to go out and buy one when they're overpriced. Get real mate!

We are sad. We're the sad generation who've been shafted by the polititians whose raison d’être is to make our parents' rich at our expense. Here's what we look like :

I'm off to wallow in self-pity.

If only I had that option.

I am only around this site ever as without a house price crash I will amost certainly never be able to afford to buy a place of my own, it may be sad but a HPC is my best hope and here I can learn about economics (well ok I can learn a one sided view of Economics).

And I dont even live in London (thank God)
