In The Midst Of Life, We Are In Debt...

Recommended Posts

All

This article is in the business section of the scotsman.

In summary the article talks about the current level of consumer debt, saying how big and how scary it is.

Did anyone notice the add?

Ironic or what?

Sorry, after laughing for 10 minutes I thought I would let others do the same.

Sonia S*****ie, Clydesdale Bank - one of four finalists competing for the title of Deloitte Young Banker of the Year.

• The annual awards, launched by the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, take place this Thursday at the Royal Museum of Scotland.

Maybe she intends to be one of the new future bankers returning to the old days. Will she be the winner, I wonder.

Terrifyingly, the UK public has more personal debt than that of Africa, Asia or Latin America and it's increasing by £1 million every four minutes.

Quote from Bart of Darness quote "Terrifyingly, the UK public has more personal debt than that of Africa, Asia or Latin America and it's increasing by £1 million every four minutes."

Shouldn't that be "Terrifyingly, the UK public has more personal debt than that of Africa, Asia or Latin America added together and it's increasing by £1 million every four minutes." ?
